Once you have you set up the MacSpeech dictate software to your computer and attached its hardware accessories [microphone and the new and enhanced sound enhancing USB headphones]. You will then turn on the program to begin using it. The first prompt that the program will give you is a request for you to create your profile: why it is important for you to set up your profile is, in the process of setting up your profile you will also be refining your MacSpeech dictate software recognition features, that is your profile will give the program specifications that are more pointed towards you and less generic. On the flip side, the biggest challenge of this feature that gives you the ability to edit the program of is that the processes of editing or reprogramming your MacSpeech dictate can be very time consuming it is therefore advisable that you try to learn the accent that the program has been programmed with and to keep any editing to a bear minimum.
